Local Kunota Dealer Henard Utility Products hosted the President of Kubota Tractor Corporation, Dr. Satoshi Iida Saturday, September 12,2009 on a recent tour of top Kubota dealerships in the U.S. Henard Utility Products has been a Kubota dealership for 19 years, and carries Kubota's full line of tractors, mowers and utility vehicles. To honor Kubota's 2009 theme of "leadership in quality, innovation and value," Dr. Idda traveled to local dealerships to learn more about customer needs and to get get first-hand suggestions from valued dealers. "Kubota encourages suggestions from Kubota customers and ask local Kubota dealers to present Kubota Management with suggestions that will further the company's leading position within the tractor industry," says Dr. Iida. "We met at our facility for approximately three hours discussing several subjects pertinent to the tractor and agricultural equipment business. Dr. Iida and Mr. Embury were very complementary of our dealership’s performance history in sales activity, as well as customer service and our administrative procedures," said Mike Henard, owner of Henard Utility Products. Henard continued "This visit made me very proud of all our HUPI personnel. All of you are responsible for us receiving this honor.
