On May 6, Representative Monty Betts spoke to members of the Chamber about the latest legislative session and the experiences he has had during his first year in office. During the breakfast, Representative Betts also presented Mayor LaForce and Fire Chief Bill Baldridge a proclamation from the Arkansas State Legislature in honor of the City’s recent Accreditation achievement.
